Hands-on architecture and implementation

I am Dmitriy Kononov, a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Solution Architect. I have been developing software since 2017 and working with the US market since 2021. My work connects software to business operations: how an enquiry arrives, who does the work, where data lives and what the owner can see.

Across my ongoing projects, I have built the backend, custom logic and calculations, and parts of the frontend in Next.js and EJS. My work spans APIs, infrastructure and interfaces for people who use the system every day.

Long-term work with businesses

Dent-Picks, since 2021. My ongoing work includes an employee leaderboard covering 15 quantity and quality measures, real-time TV dashboards for the office, workshop and owner, automatic GoHighLevel lead creation after an inbound IVR call, and AI analysis of who called and why. Explore the project.

Engineering experience with new tools

I started developing software well before modern generative AI tools. Today I use AI to automate routine work, testing and debugging. Ideas, architecture and fundamental decisions remain mine. These tools expand what I can implement and check; scope and delivery time depend on the specific project.

Beyond individual tools, my work includes custom calculations, employee performance reporting, real-time TV dashboards, document processing through OCR and computer vision, formulas, pivot tables and charts, CRM automation and complete client-server applications. Other business contexts

My projects include a roughly 1.5–2-year partnership with a London consulting company, a mobile application and car rental system in South Africa, and manufacturing orders generated from engineering documents and bills of materials.
